INGREDIENTS
• Oil - 1 tbsp
• Chilly powder - 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
• Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
• Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
• Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
• Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
• Goat's kidney and spleen - 250 grams
• Salt to taste
• Coriander leaves for garnish
METHOD
• Chilly powder - 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
• Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
• Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
• Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
• Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
• Goat's kidney and spleen - 250 grams

• Coriander leaves for garnish
METHOD
• Wash and cut kidney and spleen
• Heat oil in a cooker add kidney and spleen saute it adding chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and salt.
• Mix well and cook till done.
